Bookings & Prices

We have several rooms which are suitable for all kinds of occasions - 

Large hall (which can seat approx 100 people) 
A well-equipped kitchen, with cookers, microwave etc.
A coffee bar (can seat a small number of people)
A smallish meeting room (which can seat up to 12 people)
A lounge (can seat up to 40 people)

The (church) sanctuary itself (with moveable seats, can actually seat 200 people)
Use of Sound System - £25
Use of Internet - £25
Use of Screens - £25
Use of Camera/Streaming - £25
Briefing meeting with the AV technician to discuss requirements - £20
Staffing for the AV (compulsory if hiring the sound system or camera) £12 per hour
(All of the above are only available in the Sanctuary) All the above have seating which can easily be moved and could be used as an open space

Lounge/Small meeting room hire
£22 for the first hour: £17 per hour for each subsequent hour

Hall
£24 for the first hour: £19 per hour for subsequent hours

The (church) Sanctuary
£27 per hour

Coffee Bar
This cost is included with room rental

The use of the kitchen is included within the above prices

Brewood Methodist Church is a fully accessible multi-room venue, with a kitchenette and toilet facilities. There are chairs for 70 people available for use.

Charges for Brewood:
£100 per 3 hour session
