Prayer and Care

We take pride in looking after each other here at Trinity, through our fellowship groups, friendship networks and over coffee. We are committed to being a Dementia Friendly Church, and are also being proactive in being accessible to people living with life-limiting diagnoses and those who care for them.

There are times in life when we are affected by situations and events in unexpected ways. We would love to pray with you and for you. If you are concerned for someone else, then please get in contact with us, and a minister or trained member of the pastoral team will be in touch.

We have a strong pastoral care team who are in contact with their pastoral group, pray with people and offer communion where requested. If you would like someone from chapel to visit you, or a family member, please contact the church office.  We are able to offer this in a Covid-safe, and confidential, way.

There are also prayer meetings and fellowship groups which happen online during the week - have a look at the website or contact the church office directly.
Please note that there is mid week Holy Communion on the first Tuesday of each month, at 2.00pm.

The pastoral care is overseen by a small team of people. The pastoral carers meet together once a term to share good practice and to resource each other.
