We have a Prayer Space at Trinity showing how we can speak to God at any time

How do we today -  call to our neighbour:
1. Do we call over the fence for a chat in the garden - not very often these days!
2. Perhaps we see them on the fronts of our homes, and chat then - again we seem to just get in our cars and drive away, and occasionally, especially during the summer when it is dry, have a quick chat and catch up.
3. The usual way in the modern tech world, would be to text a message, and even ask for support or advice in this way.We call our friends, relations and neighbours by phone, holding this small object in our hands.
 
Well, we can contact God much quicker than that!
 
We can JUST TALK OUT LOUD or QUIETLY to Him, it’s as easy as that. Whatever is on our mind we use prayer as our medium, and God always hears us and answers.  Not always immediately, or as we would like, but an answer is always there if you are prepared to listen for it.
 
There is a prayer board, cards plus pegs, for use when there is a specific area of prayer that could be added for situations anywhere in the world.

There are cards from the ‘Methodist Way of Life’ about all sorts of issues, linked to the large banner on the wall  to help the understanding of  how they link up, and these can be utilised in your own private prayer time.
